Fal-ash offers free shipping on orders over PLN 400 within Poland.
All orders are shipped via InPost or UPS. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are dispatched within 3 business days. All shipments include a tracking number. Items are shipped from Poland.

- InPost Parcel Locker: PLN 15 (prepaid)
- InPost Courier: PLN 25 (prepaid)
- UPS Courier: PLN 25 (prepaid)
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, every shipment is covered by standard shipping insurance.

If the Buyer fails to collect the shipment or refuses to accept it for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the shipment may be disposed of or returned to the Seller in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions. In such cases, the Seller will not be able to issue a full refund. Any refund due will be reduced by all costs incurred by the Seller as a result of the Buyer's failure to collect the shipment, including, but not limited to, return shipping costs, handling fees, and any additional charges imposed by the carrier.
