Return shipping method

Fal-ash return label — recommended We’ll provide a UPS/FedEx return label. The return label cost of 35€ will be deducted from your refund. If you use our return label, we’ll prepare the customs documents for you and you will not incur any additional customs, duties, taxes, import fees or paperwork-related costs for the return. My own shipping carrier I’ll arrange return shipping independently.

I understand that products marked “End of an Era” are eligible for return in exchange for store credit only, issued in the form of a Fal-ash gift card. I understand that if I choose to return the item(s) using my own shipping carrier, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges and DDP-related costs may apply and may be deducted from my refund where applicable. I confirm that returned item(s) must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition with all tags attached, shipped in the original box/packaging, and prepared securely for transit. I understand that items lost or damaged in transit may not be eligible for refund. I confirm that the return shipment will be sent from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
