Fal-ash offers free shipping for orders above €300 sent to North America, the UK, and the European Union (EU).
We ship worldwide using UPS courier services within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. All packages are provided with a tracking number. Items are shipped from Poland (EU).
Please note that if you order to countries outside the EU, you are responsible for paying additional costs such as duties and import charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we have no control over them. If you are required to pay duties and import charges, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
If you decide not to claim the package and decline to pay the outstanding duties and import charges upon delivery, the package will be returned to us or disposed of, and you will not be eligible for a full refund as we will be responsible for paying the outstanding charges and return service.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Every shipment is covered by standard UPS insurance.
Product prices are in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
