You may return items purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Customized items and sample sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email returns@fal-ash.com and inform us of your intention to return the item.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
You then have 14 calendar days to ship the item back to us.

You can return your order using your own shipping method or request a prepaid return label.

Prepaid return label fees:
– United Kingdom: £12
– European Union: €13
– United States: $22
– Canada: CAD 30
– Rest of the world: €35 / $38

If a prepaid label is used, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees and paid duties are non-refundable, unless shipping was complimentary.

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.

For shipments to the United States or United Kingdom shipped under DDP terms, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges paid on delivery are non-refundable.

Any additional customs duties or import charges incurred upon return may be deducted from the refund.
