You can return any product purchased from our online store (excluding customized items and sample sale items) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To initiate the return process, please send us an email stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract to returns@fal-ash.com. We will promptly provide you with all the necessary information. You will then have 14 calendar days to ship the products back to us.
If you choose to return your order, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees, if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering purchasing shipping insurance, as items damaged or lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund.
Any additional duties and/or import charges incurred upon delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the amount you paid for the items ordered, excluding the shipping (if the shipping wasn't complimentary) and return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original tags attached.
Once we receive the return item, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days.
