Fal-ash offers free shipping for orders over 300€ send to North America, UK and European Union and free shipping for orders over 500€ send to the rest of the world.

We are shipping worldwide using UPS courier services within 3 business days if not listed differently. All packages are provided with tracking number. Items are being shipped from Poland.

Please note if you order to countries outside EU you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties and import taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Every shipment is covered with a standard UPS insurance.

Orders are dispatched Tuesday-Thursday.

The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
