If the Buyer fails to claim the shipment or refuses to accept it for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the shipment may be disposed of or returned to the Seller in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions. Any refund due will be reduced by all costs incurred by the Seller as a result of the Buyer’s failure to claim the shipment, including but not limited to return shipping costs, customs clearance charges, and any additional fees imposed by the carrier or customs authorities.
