E-Gift Cards are available in four predefined denominations, offering simplicity and convenience. They are delivered digitally via email and include a unique voucher code for seamless redemption.

E-Gift Cards are issued exclusively in euros (€ or EUR) and can only be redeemed for purchases made in this currency. They are valid indefinitely, with no expiration date.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the recipient can pay the difference at checkout. While E-Gift Cards themselves are final sale items and cannot be returned or reloaded, items purchased using an E-Gift Card may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.

EUROPEAN UNION

Fal-ash offers free shipping on orders over €100 within the European Union (EU).

We dispatch all orders using UPS courier services. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise specified, and all packages include a tracking number. Items are shipped from Poland (EU).

Shipping rates:

  • Standard shipping: €10
  • Express shipping: €25

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, every shipment is covered by standard UPS insurance.

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch date):

  • STANDARD: 1–5 business days

  • EXPRESS: 1–3 business days

If the Buyer fails to claim the shipment or refuses to accept it for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the shipment may be disposed of or returned to the Seller in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions. In such cases, the Seller will not be able to issue a full refund to the Buyer. Any refund due will be reduced by all costs incurred by the Seller as a result of the Buyer’s failure to claim the shipment, including but not limited to return shipping costs, customs clearance charges, and any additional fees imposed by the carrier or customs authorities.


UNITED KINGDOM

Fal-ash offers free shipping on orders over £100 to the UK.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, we cover all duties and customs-related charges associated with the shipment. You will not pay any additional customs duties upon delivery. Orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, ensuring that the total cost presented at checkout is final.

  • Standard shipping: £15
  • Express shipping: £25

We ship worldwide using UPS courier services. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise specified, and all packages include a tracking number. Items are shipped from Poland (EU).

  • Standard shipping: €35

Please note that for orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any additional costs such as duties and import charges. Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over them. If duties and import charges apply, the shipping service will contact you directly. For more details, please reach out to your local customs office.

If you choose not to claim the package or refuse to pay the required duties and import charges upon delivery, the package may be returned to us or disposed of. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a full refund, as we will be responsible for covering the outstanding charges and return service fees.

You can return any product purchased from our online store (excluding customized items and sample sale items) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To initiate the return process, please send us an email stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract at returns@fal-ash.com. We will promptly provide you with all the necessary information. You will then have 14 calendar days to ship the products back to us.

To make the return process as easy as possible, we offer the option to generate a DHL return label, which ensures a smooth return without any additional charges. Please note that if you have accepted an international return shipping label from us, the fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The flat shipping rate for our prepaid return label is:

  • £12 for returns from the United Kingdom

  • €13 for returns from the European Union

  • $22 for returns from the United States

  • CAD 30 for returns from Canada

  • €35 / $38  for returns from the rest of the world

If you choose to return your order using your own shipping method, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees, if applicable. We recommend using a trackable service and considering shipping insurance, as items damaged or lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund. Any additional duties and/or import charges incurred upon delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be dispatched from the same country to which the Goods were originally delivered. The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returns sent from a different country than the original delivery destination.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the amount you paid for the items ordered, excluding the shipping fee (if the shipping wasn't complimentary) and the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the same state as when you received them, with all original tags attached.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
