Customs duties

I acknowledge that if I indicate a delivery address located outside the European Union, I may be obliged to pay customs duties and other fees related to the customs clearance of my shipment. I am aware that the amount of the aforementioned customs duties cannot be determined by the Seller in advance, that is, at the time of my order placement. If I am charged with the aforementioned customs duties, I agree to pay them at the time of delivery of the Goods.

I acknowledge that refusal to pay customs duties costs at the time of delivery of the Goods will be equivalent to withdrawal from the contract of sale, and that the Seller will then be entitled to deduct the returned payment by the customs duties he incurred while attempting to deliver the Goods and which he will incur in connection with the return of the Goods. I agree that the Seller may deduct the aforementioned costs for customs duties from the payment returned to me in connection with the withdrawal from the contract of sale.

I agree that the Seller may deduct from the refundable payment the costs of customs duties that will arise if I return the Goods received as a result of exercising my right of withdrawal from the contract of sale.
