You may return items purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days of delivery.

We recommend keeping the original packaging in case you decide to return your item.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Customized items and sample sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please submit a return request using the form under this link. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

You can return your order using your own shipping method or request a prepaid return label.

Prepaid return label fee: 15 PLN

If a prepaid label is used, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees and paid duties are non-refundable, unless shipping was complimentary.

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
