We are shipping worldwide using UPS courier services within 3 business days if not listed differently. All packages are provided with tracking number. Items are being shipped from Poland (EU).
Please note if you order to countries outside EU you are responsible for paying additional costs such as duties and import charges. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay duties and import charges, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
If you decide not to claim the package and decline to pay the outstanding duties and import charges at delivery, the package will be returned to us or disposed of and you won't be able to get a full refund on what you paid for as we will be responsible for paying the outstanding charges and return service.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Every shipment is covered with a standard UPS insurance.
The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

You can return every product purchased on our online store (excluding customized items) within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To do so, please send us an email declaring you want to withdraw from the purchase contract to email@example.com. We will contact you shortly after that with all the necessary information. After that, you will have 14 calendar days to ship the products back to us.
In case you decide to return your order, you will need to cover return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees if applicable. Please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged or lost in shipping won’t be eligible for refund.
If we will be charged any additional duties and/or import charges at the delivery, these costs will be deducted from your return.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We’ll refund what you payed for the items ordered, we won’t refund the shipping and return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition. It cannot be worn and has to be in the same condition in which you received it. All tags must be originally attached.
Your purchase will be refunded within 30 days after the receipt of the return item.
