We're deeply sorry that you need to return your purchase! We understand that not every glove fits every hand and we’re happy to help you with this process.
You can return every product purchased on our online store (excluding customized items) within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To do so, please send us an email declaring you want to withdraw from the purchase contract to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you shortly after that with all the necessary information. After that, you will have 14 calendar days to ship the products back to us.
In case you decide to return your order, you will need to cover return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees if applicable. Please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged or lost in shipping won’t be eligible for refund.
If we will be charged any additional duties and/or import charges at the delivery, these costs will be deducted from your return.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We’ll refund what you payed for the items ordered, we won’t refund the shipping and return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition. It cannot be worn and has to be in the same condition in which you received it. All tags must be originally attached.
Your purchase will be refunded within 30 days after the receipt of the return item.
